KokeshiPop™ is AvatarUX’s November 2022 journey to the “Land of the Rising Sun”: kokeshi dolls, lanterns filling with ghost-flame, and the studio’s signature PopWins™ mechanic, where the reels grow as you win.

⚠️ Three RTP settings, published

AvatarUX lists three configurations: 96%, 94% and 90.5%. The operator picks one, and the game looks identical in all three. A 90.5% build keeps more than twice as much of your stake over time as the 96% one — open the info panel and read the RTP before you play. Credit to the studio for publishing all three; it is what makes checking possible.

Is KokeshiPop worth playing?

On the 96% setting, yes — it is one of the more inventive mechanics among the games on this page. The studio describes the variance as high and the win potential as 10,000×, and the design explains both: the grid has to grow to its full size before the big multiplier arrives.

Verdict: a good high-variance game with a mechanic that rewards patience inside a single spin. Only on the 96% build.

How PopWins™ and the multiplier work

From AvatarUX’s description:

• PopWins™. Every win pops and expands the reel, which fills with new symbols. A single spin can keep going, and the grid keeps getting bigger.
• Base game multiplier. When the grid is fully unlocked, a random multiplier of ×5, ×10 or ×20 is awarded. It doubles for subsequent wins in the same spin cycle, and it is applied once, to the total win of that complete cycle.
• Bonus Round. Neko figurine wilds appear during the bonus, adding to the chances of big wins.

The detail that matters: the multiplier depends on unlocking the whole grid. Most spins will not get there; the ones that do are where the 10,000× lives.

Bankroll tips

• Check the RTP setting first — the three builds span five and a half points.
• Expect most spins not to unlock the grid. High variance is the stated design.
• Keep the stake small enough for a long session; the rare fully-unlocked spin is the whole point.
